One big square is approximately 3 metres. North is at the bottom of the map, South the top. East is to the left, West to the right. You are looking at the map from the sun side of the property.
Not all objects are to scale or in exact location. Trees are generally represented at something like their mature, pruned spread and results may vary depending on future cultivation practices. Some trees are at this size now, some of the trees at the Eastern end of the property (left) have only been in the ground for one full season.
Ages in the "What Is It?" description are to the best of my recollection.
This map does not constitute a guarantee of any kind, the property is sold "as is" based on what is on and in the ground in the real world, and the placement and size of those objects as they exist. This map is intended to give prospective buyers an idea of what is present on the property. All of the indicated fruit trees are present upon the property. Gum trees, wattles, and other ornamental trees may be missing from the map, misplaced, placed within the general area of their presence, or sketched in as circles representing "many" but not reflecting the exact number of trees present. The map is an extract of that used for our own planning and as such the level of care taken over certain elements is not the same as that taken over other less important ones :-)
